A special thanks to everyone in Dunmow who contributed to the success of our Communi-Tea campaign!
During August and September, our Great Dunmow branch teamed up with another local family-run business, The Scrumptious Teas Rooms, to raise money for youth projects handpicked by Great Dunmow’s Mayor, Councillor Jonathan Cadwallader.
We donated £10 for every valuation our branch undertook and Scrumptious Tea Rooms gave 10p for every cup of tea they sold over the two months, between us we brewed up a whopping £1,047!
As part of the campaign, one lucky vendor who signed up to our Great Dunmow branch between over those two months is going to be able to sell their house for free – so they would pay 0% commission!
The lucky winner will be randomly selected by our Dunmow branch’s manager Nicki Webber and then invited to come and meet Mayor Cadwallader, so that he can thank them for their part in helping to raise over a thousand pounds for his chosen charity.
While the campaign is now over, we are still seeing a huge amount of interest from buyers looking for their perfect property, so please contact your local branch for a valuation.
