Beresfords was named Best Estate Agency in Essex at the annual UK Property Awards recently where the business also scooped the ‘highly commended’ prize in the Best Website category.
It is the second time the company, which has its head office in Chelmsford, has won the Best Estate Agency accolade, while the Best Website prize follows the launch of the company’s new website in March.
The UK Property Awards ceremony was held at the prestigious London Marriott Hotel on Grosvenor Square on Friday 12th October with the awards presented by Global Residential Director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Peter Bolton King.
