The Beresfords Foundation is delighted to announce that it will be donating £10 to Saint Francis Hospice for every property sale and letting completion throughout our Havering branches (Gidea Park, Upminister, Harold Wood and Hornchurch).
St Francis Hospice supports people with illnesses that can’t be cured or treated. Patients and the people who love them are embraced by a team of experienced professionals who are devoted to making everyone's life the very best it can be. Their aim is that no one is afraid or in pain, and no one dies or grieves alone.

Beresfords will make a donation to Saint Francis Hospice for all successful property sale and every new let generated through the company (applicable to ‘fully managed’ tenancies only) within the Borough of Havering. Beresfords must be in receipt of signed terms and conditions as the appointed selling/letting agent for the property. The company will donate £10 to Saint Francis Hospice from the fee the company receives upon the successful exchange and completion of a property during the promotional period 01/08/22 - 01/08/23.
