Our mortgage division recently handled loans worth over £21.6m during the first two months of this year. In fact, the number of mortgages available to intermediaries, such as Beresfords, rose by 21% to almost 10,000, the highest level since September 2008.
And just as we hit send on this newsletter, there was welcome news as one of Beresford Mortgage's major lenders, Northern Rock, reintroduced 90% loans to first-time buyers.
