We are proudly supporting St Helena Hospice, donating £10 from every Sales & Letting instruction across the borough of Colchester. St Helena Hospice is a local charity which provides specialist palliative and end of life care to local people facing incurable illness in north east Essex, supporting them, their families, friends and carers.

A donation of £10 will be made to St Helena Hospice (Charity No. 280919) for every successful Sales or Lettings instruction completed under these terms and conditions. Sales or Lettings instructions are subject to a minimum fee of 1% plus vat or minimum monetary amount of £2,750 plus vat (whichever is higher). Beresfords must be appointed as the sole agency for a minimum period of 12 weeks.

A "For Sale" or "To Let" board must be displayed on the property, where appropriate. This offer applies to properties located within the area of operation of Beresfords and meeting their standard terms of service. This promotion is valid until 31st March 2025. Instructions must be received and agreed upon by this date to qualify.
